If any of these apply to you, Innovative Restorations is expanding into the Knoxville area, and we are looking for the right people to join our team and serve the Knoxville and surrounding communities in water restoration, mold remediation and crawlspace repair.

We’re looking for a team leader (among other positions) to help us grow this new location.  As this is a new location to our company you will have direct access to the owner and be reporting directly to him.  You will have a lot of control and power over who you hire and the quality of the work performed out of your office!  But don’t mis-understand, we’ve been around for more than 10 years and know what we’re doing!

Our mission is: Innovative Restorations provides fast response for disaster clean up, providing simple solutions in restoration & construction giving you a path forward to what comes next!

Must have’s:

  • Customer service skills including communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Sales ability, to survey jobs, give estimates and jobsite paperwork.
  • Details are your thing!  Overlooking the small stuff is for the other guys.
  • WRT Certified (if you don’t know what this is or don’t have it, DO NOT APPLY!)
  • Past experience in restoration.
  • Valid driver license with acceptable history
  • No criminal history allowed in your background
  • Drug free
  • Hard work ethic

Not necessary, but like to have’s:

  • Contacts into referral sources
  • Management experience
  • ASD & AMRT certifications among others
  • Non smoker

Something to remember, we are a little slow to hire.  We have found that if we slow down and interview more we don’t have as many unwanted children to pay child support to.   So while you’re interviewing, don’t be surprised if you have 5-6 interviews.  But it’s all in good spirit to serve our team and make sure we’re hiring the Rockstar we thought all along and not end up like Jacob, who married Leah instead of Rachel, (Boy was that a big mistake)!
