Project Description

The water heater had been leaking into the walls and crawlspace, causing mold. We took moisture readings and removed flooring in the laundry room to dry out the subfloor. We set up drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air dryers in the laundry room and the crawlspace to ensure all the moisture is gone. We billed their insurance company which saved the homeowner thousands in out of pocket expenses.
