Pipe in the upstairs bathroom broke, the ceiling has fallen in the master bedroom and basement is flooded.

Solutions provided:

We received an emergency call on Christmas Eve that a pipe burst due to below freezing temperatures and caused water damage in the master bath and bedroom, kitchen, upstairs bath, laundry room and crawl space. We took moisture readings in each of the floors, and used drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air dryers to speed up the drying process. We billed their insurance carrier for the work saving them thousands of out of pocket expenses.
