24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for Marie D

Completion date: January 27, 2023

Location: Sparta, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Water line break behind toilet

Solutions provided:

We received an emergency response call that a water line behind the toilet broke and water spread to the Master bedroom, bathroom, guest bedroom and bathroom, hallway, living room and additional room. We extracted water from the hardwood floors and carpet. We removed damaged flooring and dried the subfloor. We placed drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air blowers to speed the drying process which will ensure that the customer will have a dry, clean and healthy environment free of mold and rot or decay that will cause future damage. We took moisture readings to ensure all the water had been removed from the floors. We billed their insurance carrier for the work saving them thousands of out of pocket expenses.
