We received a call that the pipe to the water softener system broke and flooded the finished basement, including the living room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. We extracted the water from the concrete flooring then set up air dryers and dehumidifiers to ensure the drying process is complete. We billed their insurance for the work, saving the homeowner thousands in out of pocket expenses.
