Why did the customer contact us?

Apt attached to garage had a pipe break in bathroom which flooded the apt and part of the wall connected to the garage has some water seepage.

Solutions provided:

We received an emergency response call that a pipe broke in the bathroom and got the bedroom and living room wet. We extracted water and removed wet, damaged flooring so we could dry out the subfloor. We placed drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air blowers to speed the drying process which will ensure that the customer will have a dry, clean and healthy environment free of mold and rot or decay that will cause future damage. We billed their insurance carrier for the work saving them thousands of out of pocket expenses.
