Solutions provided:

We extracted the water from the floor, removed flooring, ceiling and insulation. Then we brought in dehumidifiers and air dryers to speed up the drying process, ensuring there is no moisture left that could cause mold in the future. We billed their insurance company saving them out of pocket expenses.
