24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for Janice J

Completion date: January 3, 2023

Location: Crossville, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Pipe burst in ceiling, ceiling has collapsed, all dry wall & floors are affected and wet.

Solutions provided:

We started by cleaning up all debris, including insulation and drywall from where the ceiling had collapsed in multiple rooms. The floors were soaked so we extracted the water then set up drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air dryers to ensure all the moisture is gone to prevent mold from growing. We billed the insurance company to save the customer thousands in out of pocket expenses.
