24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for Linda T

Completion date: January 6, 2023

Location: Crossville, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Pipe burst on second floor. The ceiling, floors on first level are wet as well as the basement.

Solutions provided:

A pipe burst on the second floor causing the ceiling below to get wet and leak into the master bedroom and bathroom. We were able to extract the water from the hardwood floors without pulling them up, but removed part of the tile in the bathroom to dry out the floor below. We then set up drying equipment in both rooms to ensure all the moisture was out of the floor. Water had also leaked into the basement so we brought in dehumidifiers and air dryers. We billed their insurance company for the work saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses.
