24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for Bob G

Completion date: February 27, 2023

Location: Crossville, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Water heater popped; flooded the crawl space & floors, sub floor and under tile all wet.

Solutions provided:

The water heater busted and flooded the floors in the laundry room, master bedroom, bathroom and crawlspace. We removed the necessary tile in the laundry room and bathroom to dry out the floor underneath with dehumidifiers. In the master bedroom we pulled back the carpet, dried the subfloor, then put the carpet back in place. We then set up drying equipment in the crawlspace to prevent mold from growing. We billed their insurance company for the work, saving the homeowners thousands in out of pocket expenses.
