Solutions provided:

A pipe burst upstairs and leaked into the bedroom through the ceiling and affected the living room and garage downstairs. We cleaned and dried the oriental rugs and removed baseboards to dry out the wall. We set up numerous dehumidifiers and air dryers to dry out the flooring. We billed their insurance company for the work saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses.
