24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for David L

Completion date: September 17, 2022

Location: Crossville, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Toilet seal failed and flooded home, affecting 3 floors. The homeowners were out of town for a week.

Solutions provided:

The toilet seal broke in the upstairs master bathroom and flooded home while the homeowners were out of town. Three floors were affected including numerous rooms. We removed all flooring in bathrooms and bedrooms, cabinets in the master bathroom and drywall as needed so we could assess the damage further. After cleaning up all debris, we set up dehumidifiers and air dryers in every room and monitored it until all areas showed no moisture remaining. This will prevent mold from growing. We billed their insurance company for the work, which saved them thousands in out of pocket expenses.
