Had a previous water leak in the bathroom that was never dried out, Scott went out for a construction job project evaluation and found that it is still wet around the toilet area.

The homeowner had a previous water leak in the bathroom that was never dried out. When we got there, we found moisture in the floors of the kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom, hallway, master bedroom, laundry room and closet. We completed demolition in every room, removing flooring, cabinets, and drywall where needed. We cleaned up all debris, then we were able to set up dehumidifiers and air dryers in every room to ensure all the moisture is gone. We billed the insurance company, saving the homeowner thousands in out of pocket expenses.
