24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for Anna B

Completion date: July 6, 2022

Location: Crossville, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Refrigerator water line leak, affecting top floor with wood flooring and basement.

Solutions provided:

The water line in the refrigerator leaked and got the hardwood floors wet and leaked into the basement. We took moisture readings to see how far the damage went then removed flooring and cabinets as needed. Then we set up dehumidifiers and air dryers to dry out the flooring completely. In the basement, we removed baseboards and carpet then set up drying equipment to get all the moisture out. We billed their insurance company for the work, which saved the homeowner extra expenses.
