Solutions provided:

The main water line to the house broke and water got into the basement. We took moisture readings in both rooms downstairs and were able to dry the flooring without removing it. We set up dehumidifiers and air dryers in both rooms to ensure all the moisture is gone to prevent mold from growing. We billed their insurance company for the work.
