The toilet backed up and sewage got into the bathroom and bedroom. We removed the toilet and flooring in the bathroom then set up equipment to dry out the floor. In the bedroom, we cleared the affected area and set up dehumidifiers to dry out the floor. We billed their insurance company for the work, saving them out of pocket expenses.
