Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had a sewage back up Tuesday the 24th of May cleaned up the sewage himself called the insurance company waited for adjuster to come out then call us Sunday night 5/29/22 said he wouldn't be home 5/30 to come out 5/31 in the morning.

Solutions provided:

There was a sewage back up in the master bathroom which leaked into the master bedroom and closet in the den. We did demo in the bathroom, removing the toilet, whirlpool tub, double vanity and the bottom tiles in the shower. We then pulled up the flooring in the bathroom and into the master bedroom and closet in the den, and cleaned up all debris. We set up drying equipment in all affected areas such as dehumidifiers and air dryers to ensure all the moisture is gone. We billed the homeowners insurance, saving them extra in out of pocket expenses.
