24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for Rebecca H

Completion date: June 4, 2022

Location: Crossville, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Water leak in crawl space. Insulation and floor joist wet. Water soaked through plywood and affected particle board as well.

Solutions provided:

There was a water leak in the crawlspace which got the insulation and floor joists wet in numerous rooms. We took moisture readings to find out where the leak was and removed flooring so we could dry it out. We removed necessary sub floor and replaced the ones that were too damaged. We dried out the other flooring with dehumidifiers and air dryers. We dried out the crawlspace to ensure mold doesn't grow. We billed the homeowners insurance, saving them extra out of pocket expenses.
