24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for Elizabeth B

Completion date: May 16, 2022

Location: athens, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Not an active water leak plumber believes the tile shower is failing and there is moisture and buckled floors also mold

Solutions provided:

There was a leak in the shower pan, soaking the subfloor underneath and in the bathroom and bedroom. We removed the shower tile floor, flooring in the bathroom and into the affected area in the master bedroom. We brought in dehumidifiers and air dryers and set them up in the bathroom, bedroom and crawlspace. We ensured all the moisture was gone and mold was treated to prevent mold from growing in the future. We billed the homeowners insurance company for the work.
