A line broke in the walls of the basement and sewage leaked into the basement. We took moisture readings to find the source of the leak, removed drywall and insulation then cleaned up debris. We brought in dehumidifiers and air dryers to ensure all the moisture is out. We billed their insurance for the work, saving them extra out of pocket expenses.
