Solutions provided:

There is water in the bathroom, bedroom, hallway and kitchen from a broken water filter under the bathroom sink. We removed flooring and drywall as needed and extracted water from the floor. We set up drying equipment in all affected areas and took moisture readings to ensure all the moisture was gone to prevent mold from growing. We billed the homeowner's insurance company for the work, saving them out of pocket expenses.
