Water heater leak in water heater closet inside office bedroom. Sheet vinyl, carpet, particle board affected. Cut out sheet vinyl before plumber reset water heater.

Solutions provided:

The water heater leaked in the office closet, affecting the hallway and living room as well. We pulled up the flooring in the closet and dried most of the carpet and sub flooring in place. We set up dehumidifiers and air dryers to complete the drying process and ensured all the moisture was out of the floors. We billed the homeowner's insurance company for the work, which saved them extra out of pocket expenses.
