Why did the customer contact us?

Bottom of water heater gave out flooded the finished basement and affected 3 rooms. Wet carpet and flooring, water heater has been replaced

Solutions provided:

The water heater flooded the finished basement, living room and bathroom. We extracted water with our machines and removed flooring where necessary, then brought in drying equipment. We set up air dryers and dehumidifiers in each room, then took moisture readings to ensure all the moisture was gone. We billed the homeowner's insurance company for the work, saving them out of pocket expenses.
