Broken cold water line in the wall of the bathroom. The walls and floors are wet in six rooms and the closet and ceiling in the garage storage room below.

Solutions provided:

A water line in the wall of the bathroom broke, affecting the walls and floors of six rooms and the crawlspace. We took moisture readings to find the sources of all the wet areas, removed damaged flooring and drywall and cleaned up debris. We then set up drying equipment such as air dryers and dehumidifiers in each affected room to ensure all the moisture is gone. We billed the homeowners insurance company for the work, saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses.
