Solutions provided:

The ice maker water line broke, getting the walls and floors behind the fridge wet. We moved the fridge and pulled up flooring, then took moisture readings. We set up drying equipment to get the moisture out of the wall and floor and took moisture readings again to ensure everything is dry. We billed the homeowners insurance company for the work, saving them extra out of pocket expenses.
