There was a water leak in the upstairs bathroom, which affected the ceiling and lower floor bedroom. We took moisture readings in the walls and floors. We removed drywall from the ceiling where wet and pulled up the carpet in the guest bedroom. We extracted water from the walls and floors and set up drying equipment to complete the drying process. We billed the homeowners insurance company for the work, saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses.
