Wet flooring from 30 gal water heater located in the laundry room

Solutions provided:

The water heater in the laundry room leaked and affected the crawlspace as well. We took moisture readings of all the flooring and pulled up flooring down to the subfloor, then set up drying equipment to complete the dry out process. We set up air dryers and dehumidifiers in the crawlspace to prevent mold from growing. We billed the homeowner's insurance company, saving them extra out of pocket expenses.
