Toilet leaked into the unfinished basement

Solutions provided:

The toilet leaked into the unfinished basement. Moisture was in the whole bathroom floor so we removed all tile, the vanity and shower down to the subfloor. We were then able to dry out the floor with dehumidifiers and air dryers. Downstairs, water leaked into the ceiling and concrete floor. We set up dehumidifiers to remove all the moisture. We billed the homeowners insurance company, saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses.
