Dishwasher has been leaking for awhile and the subfloors are wet throughout the home including the Kitchen, living room, hallway, bedrooms, and crawlspace. We took moisture readings to determine how much flooring needed to be removed. We removed flooring down to the subfloor and hauled away all debris. We were then able to set up drying equipment throughout the home including dehumidifiers and air dryers to complete the drying out process. We took moisture readings again to ensure all the moisture is gone, preventing mold from growing in the future. We billed the homeowners insurance, saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses.
