Toilet tank leaked on the second floor and flooded bathroom, leaked down to the lower level.

Solutions provided:

The toilet tank upstairs leaked and flooded the bathroom and leaked into the kitchen ceiling below. We removed the toilet, vanity and all the tile floor from the bathroom upstairs and dried out the floor. In the kitchen, we cut out the damaged part of the ceiling and set up a dehumidifier to dry it out. We billed the homeowner's insurance company for the work, saving them extra out of pocket expenses.
