Washing machine leaked down to the garage ceiling below the laundry room causing a mold issue

Solutions provided:

The washing machine leaked into the garage ceiling below. We took moisture readings in the laundry room and removed the flooring. We then set up drying equipment to ensure all the moisture was gone. In the garage, we took moisture readings in the ceiling to determine how much of the ceiling to remove. After cutting out the ceiling, we set up numerous dehumidifiers and air dryers to complete the drying out process. We billed the homeowner's insurance company for the work, saving them out of pocket expenses.
