Why did the customer contact us?

Leak from upstairs, ceiling wet cabinets are wet and hardwood floors. Damage was caused by rain water entering the home thru the soffits

Solutions provided:

There was a water leak upstairs from rain water that flooded multiple rooms upstairs and leaked downstairs as well. We took moisture readings in every room to determine what needs to be dried. We extracted water from carpet and flooring and removed flooring where necessary. We set up drying equipment in numerous rooms upstairs. Water leaked into the ceiling of the kitchen downstairs, which had to be gutted from the ceiling, cabinets and flooring. We then set up dehumidifiers and air dryers to ensure all the moisture was gone. We worked directly with the homeowner's insurance company and billed them for the work, saving the homeowner money.
