HVAC unit condensation cause water damage

Solutions provided:

The HVAC unit in the upstairs bathroom leaked. Water got under the tile floor and into the hallway and leaked into the ceiling of the kitchen downstairs. We pulled up all the tile in the bathroom and set up drying equipment to get all the moisture out. In the hallway, we pulled back the carpet and dried under it, ensuring the floor was dry. In the kitchen, we cut out the ceiling where there was moisture and dried out the ceiling with air dryers and dehumidifiers. We billed the homeowner's insurance company, saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses.
