The toilet leaked in the hall bathroom, which affected the subfloor and crawlspace below. We pulled up all the flooring in the bathroom and set up dehumidifiers and air dryers. We dried out the crawlspace with equipment as well, ensuring that all the moisture is gone. We billed the homeowners insurance company for the work.
