Job completed for Mark P

Completion date: August 29, 2023

Location: Crossville, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

AC unit overflowed into the finished basement that is a rental unit. Water in walls, ceiling & floors. Hvac room, living room, hall, closet, bedroom and basement are all affected

Solutions provided:

The AC unit overflowed and water got into the ceiling and floors of numerous rooms. We took moisture readings and removed hardwood floors where necessary and pulled back carpet in the bedrooms. We set up dehumidifiers and air dryers in all wet areas and took moisture readings to ensure everything was dry. In the basement, we had to remove part of the ceiling so we could dry it out. We billed the homeowner's insurance company for the work.
