24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for Garrett C

Completion date: October 11, 2023

Location: Jamestown, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Supply line to the toilet broke
Wet insulation in crawl space due to water damage in bathroom directly above

Solutions provided:

The supply line to the toilet broke, which flooded the bathroom and crawlspace below. We removed the flooring and toilet in the bathroom, then set up drying equipment to dry out the subfloor. We also set up dehumidifiers and air dryers in the crawlspace to prevent mold from growing. We billed the homeowner's insurance company for the work, saving them out of pocket expenses.
