Solutions provided:

We gutted two bathrooms and completely remodeled them with custom walk-in showers, new vanity, mirror and fixtures. We replaced the old, blue carpet with new carpet both upstairs and downstairs and the staircase. We replaced doors and all the walls got a fresh coat of paint.
