24/7 Emergency Service

Job completed for Robert M

Completion date: March 6, 2024

Location: Crossville, TN

Why did the customer contact us?

Copper water line in the wall that runs to the master bath toilet had a slow leak. Wet drywall and flooring. Noticed a leak when shower tiles started popping off.

Solutions provided:

We took moisture readings in the bathroom to assess the damage. We removed all flooring, vanities, toilet and shower so we could dry out the subfloor below. We set up drying equipment such as air dryers and dehumidifiers and continued to monitor the moisture to ensure everything is dry, which will prevent mold from growing. We billed the homeowner's insurance company, saving them out of pocket expenses.
