We extracted water and treated the flooring, then set up drying equipment in all areas affected. We cleaned up debris and billed the homeowner's insurance company, saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses.

There is water between the flooring and sub floors from a previous leak. This is an office building and numerous rooms are affected. We took moisture readings in every room then removed all the flooring so we could start drying out. We extracted water, then set up air dryers and dehumidifiers in the rooms and hallways.
