    This is a faith-based company, using Christian principles to conduct business. There are companies that fake this, not Innovative. They performed a very difficult water remediation that was hard to accomplish. The water had penetrated a main beam in the crawl space and required 20 days to dry. Normally it would take 3 to 7 days. They came everyday and checked how it was drying out. I had great difficulty with my insurance adjuster, but it was Innovative staff who explained things to me. They negotiated directly with the insurance company and kept us from being frustrated by the delay and other issues. I met many people from this company, from owner to secretaries. I was treated kindly by all. More importantly they were empathetic. They each understood the hardship we were going through, and would have done anything possible to shorten or relieve our loss. Innovative will also be doing the reconstruction. I am looking forward to working with them on the next phase. They answer every question. They respect who you are and what you own. I never want to go through anything like this again, but if I had to there is no doubt I would call Innovative.
